Rev Dr Chad McMullin
Chad has been a blessing to First Christian Church since 2012, serving as our Senior Minister with a passion for helping people grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus Christ. Chad has a gift for bringing Scripture to life and helping people discover that God’s Word is just as powerful and relevant today as it was 2,000 years ago. His preaching reflects his deep love for the Lord and his commitment to seeing God’s Kingdom grow. Through his leadership, Chad encourages people to listen for God’s voice, respond faithfully, and live out their calling in their homes, communities, and around the world.
Chad is married to Ronda, a registered nurse at Bothwell Regional Health Center. Together, they enjoy life on their small farm, where they raise Scottish Highland Cattle and spend time hiking, fishing, and enjoying the peace and beauty of farm life. They especially love sharing these experiences with their children and grandchildren.
Known for his passionate leadership, genuine care for people, and desire to make disciples of Jesus who help others follow Him, Chad strives to walk alongside the church family as they grow in faith, deepen their relationship with Christ, and navigate life together.
Chad has served in ministry since earning his Master of Divinity (M.Div.) from Phillips Theological Seminary in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in 2002. He continued his education by earning a doctoral degree in Leadership in Ministry from Dallas Theological Seminary in 2015.
